Your Visit

BOOKING & TICKETS

  • Sorry, all tickets for live theatre performances cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

    Unused tickets can be passed on to a friend or family member to use.

    If the performance is sold-out , we may be able to resell your tickets at face value. If sold, you will receive the value as a credit on your Regent account.

    Please contact the box office for more information.

  • After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your e-tickets attached.

    You will also receive a text message 24 hours before the performance with a link to your e-tickets. You can present these on your mobile when you arrive.

  • Don’t worry, we can reprint your tickets at the box office before the performance.

    If you have a mobile number on your account, you will also receive a link to your e-tickets 24 hours before the performance.

  • Where age appropriate, children under 18 months do not require a ticket if sitting on a parent/guardian’s lap. If they require their own seat, a ticket must be purchased.

  • Children can attend appropriate age-rated cinema showings unaccompanied. For live theatre performances, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

During your visit

  • Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before a live theatre performance, or 15 minutes before a cinema showing.

  • For live theatre, we are usually able to seat latecomers at a suitable break in the performance.

    The policy may vary depending on advice from the visiting company and which performance you are watching.

    We may have to provide you with alternative seating to the seats you booked until after the interval.

  • For standard cinema showings, there are between 15-20 minutes of adverts that play from the advertised start time of the film. Some event cinema showings do not include adverts.

  • Running times for live theatre performances vary and we cannot usually give you an accurate time until the day of the performance. Where possible, we will publish running times on our website in advance.

  • We have a limited number of booster seats available on a first come first served basis. Please speak to an user when you arrive. You are welcome to bring your own if your child requires one. 

  • Yes, food and drink purchased on site can be taken into the auditorium provided they are in plastic cups.
