The Blow Monkeys: Birdsong Tour 2026

British pop and soul group The Blow Monkeys return to the stage following the release of their new album Birdsong.

Produced at Paul Weller’s Black Barn Studios and released on Alan McGee and Youth’s label, Creation Youth.

Frontman Dr Robert leads the original lineup of Neville Henry (sax) and Mick Anker (bass), joined by drummer Crispin Taylor and long‑time collaborators including Mick Talbot and Gina Foster, creating a warm, soulful sound that captures the band’s signature style.

After making their debut over 40 years ago, The Blow Monkeys became household names when classic singles ‘Digging Your Scene’ and ‘It Doesn’t Have To Be This Way’ became worldwide hits and their cover of Leslie Gore’s 1963 song ‘You Don’t Own Me’ featured on the biggest selling soundtrack of all time, ‘Dirty Dancing’.
