Online: you can book tickets online on our website any day, any time. See what’s on.
Over the phone: Our friendly box office team is available to help with sales and enquiries. Please call 01202 499199. Our phone lines are open 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
In person: The box office is open from 10am – 3pm, Monday to Saturday, or 30 minutes before the start of a performance.
Standard Cinema: £9.30 for Adults, £8.30 for Over 60s, Under 16s, Students or Blue Light Card Holders.
Event Cinema: £20 for adults, £19 for Over 60s, Under 16s, Students or Blue Light Card Holders.
Specialist cinema and live theatre shows: All performances are individually priced.
Where available, concessions apply to Over 60s, Under 16s, Students or Blue Light Card Holders.
Any discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, may be limited or subject to availability, and may not be applied used in conjunction with other offers. Ticket prices are subject to change.
We offer optional refund protection through Secure My Booking, available on all theatre performances and Event Cinema screenings. For £1.95 per ticket, this allows you to apply for a refund if you’re unable to attend due to certain unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents, severe weather or travel disruption.

We accept card payments (excluding American Express), Regent gift vouchers and cash at the box office.
We do not accept cheques, National Theatre Tokens, or any other types of vouchers.
We sell Regent gift vouchers which are valid for any theatre, cinema or event cinema performance at the Regent. Vouchers are valid for one year and can be purchased online or at the box office.
By default, your e-ticket will be emailed to you after you complete your booking. If you have a mobile phone number on your account, you will also receive a text message with a link to your e-ticket the day before your performance. E-tickets can be shown on a mobile when you arrive at the venue.
Printed tickets can be collected from the box office which opens 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
